The second Caribbean Thematic Brainstorming workshop under the theme, Transforming Caribbean Public Expenditure:  Strengthening Internal Controls & risk Management was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Jamaica June 20-23, 2010.  The workshop was presented by Commonwealth Secretariat in Collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service in Jamaica, and attracted Internal and External Auditors, Accountants, Budget Directors and Analysts, and Reform Managers from the Caribbean and Southern Africa.  The aim of the workshop was to produce sustained discussions and actions focusing on internal audit and risk management  in  the public sector of  Commonwealth Caribbean   Read More on Workshop
